How do you deliver your brand workshops?
We can deliver brand workshops online or in person (Perth-based businesses only). Online workshops are delivered via video conferencing and include interactive software to help us brainstorm together. These are perfect for remote teams, those who aren’t Perth-based or who prefer not to travel. In person workshops are delivered in a workshop space within 15 minutes of the Perth CBD.
How long does the branding process take?
It typically takes around 4-5 weeks to complete your brand workshops, define your visual identity and export your logo suite. Following this, it can take a 1-3 months to update your branded collateral, depending on the scope. This timing will also depend on your (or your team’s) availability to provide us with feedback and required assets and information. We will provide a detailed timeline at the start of your project. If you have a specific launch date in mind, please let us know upfront so we can plan for it.

How long does a Webflow migration take?
Migrations can take anywhere from a 1-2 days to 2-3 months. Timing will depend on the complexity of your website, the platform you're using and the amount of content that needs to be transferred. If we are making updates to the design or adding new pages or sections, we'll also need to account for time for this too.
Your project timeline will also depend on your team's availability to provide information, approvals and feedback along the way. We'll be able to provide a timeline at the start of your project. If you have a specific deadline, be sure to let us know so we can do our best to achieve it for you.
What are the benefits of migrating to Webflow?
We migrated our websites from Wordpress to Webflow over 7 years ago. Here's what we think makes it worth the switch:

- No plugins— Plugins are notorious for causing security issues, causing slow loading websites and regularly need updating. Webflow doesn't rely on plugins for core functionalities like forms and SEO controls.

What happens if I don't like the design?
We have deliberately created a strategic and iterative process to design that allows us to understand your brand, capture your preferences and discuss each brand element (type, colour, layouts) and website designs. This ensures we're all on the same page from beginning to end. For this reason, our clients rarely require significant design edits.
But, we know there is a subjective element to design and we're always happy to make updates if you don't like the designs we present. We include revision rounds for this very reason!

Do you host my website?
No we don’t, Webflow manages hosting for all websites on their platform. Every website requires hosting to store all the content that lives on the website. Think of it like paying rent for your online home. Webflow uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, which provides a global infrastructure supporting millions of sites. They also use Fastly as a content delivery network (CDN) to deliver your content in milliseconds.
A free SSL is included in your hosting plan. Having an SSL means your connection is secure and encrypted and any data you enter is safely shared with that website. This means you enjoy better SEO, and your website visitors never have to see ominous security warnings.
I want to move my website to Webflow, can you help?
Yes, if you want to migrate from another platform to Webflow, we can assist. We can rebuild your website exactly as designed in Webflow. Get in touch for a quote.
Do you provide website training?
Yes, we can provide Webflow training to show you how to edit and manage your website. You can ask us to cover specific topics, or we can provide a general overview of how to update and manage key areas of your website. Our website training sessions are conducted online, so they can be easily accessed by any team member and recorded for future staff training. Additional training can be booked anytime.
Will I be able to update my own website?
Yes, once your website is complete, it will be transferred to your own Webflow account where you will have full access to edit and manage your website however you choose. Webflow is very user friendly for content updates, like adding new articles and team members, or updating on page text and images.
While it's possible to learn how to design and develop new sections or entirely new pages in Webflow, we usually recommend getting in touch with us for these larger structural changes as we will be able to action them efficiently and in line with best practices for website performance.
What kind of support can I expect after I launch my website?
Yes, we have several support options, depending on the frequency of assistance you need. You can subscribe to our monthly support hours, pre-purchase a block of support hours or request ad-hoc support if and when needed.
Our support hours are most commonly used for additional training, platform questions, health checks, content edits and design and development updates.
Do you build websites in platforms other than Webflow?
We specialise in designing and developing Webflow websites, so we don’t build websites on other platforms. If we think your website requirements would be better suited to another platform because of its requirements, we’ll let you know in our initial meeting. How long does it take to build a custom website?
Typically around 4-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of your website and whether you have content (copy, photography) available or we need to produce it. It will also depend on your (or your team’s) availability to provide us with feedback and required assets and information.
We will provide a detailed timeline at the start of your project. If you have a specific launch date in mind, please let us know upfront so we can plan for it. Sometimes we can roll out a website in phases so you can go live sooner.
Can you update my existing website?
If your website is built in Webflow, usually yes we can. You can book a discovery call to discuss the updates you’d like to make and we can work out a custom quote to assist you.
