The Pelvic Hub

The Pelvic Hub is an online business helping women to optimise their pelvic health by providing quality pelvic health products, information and resources.

Challenge

When it comes to pelvic pain and conditions, there is a stigma and embarrassment that stops many people from seeking help. And, while most people look to Google to understand their conditions, finding useful, practical information was virtually non-existent. With years managing her own pelvic health issues, advocating for herself with medical professionals and testing almost every product imaginable, Emma decided it was time for something to change. So, she created The Pelvic Hub.

Solution
Brand Workshops

The Pelvic Hub was about more than selling products, it was about breaking the silence around common pelvic health challenges, and giving people the information they needed to take control of their own health.

We supported The Pelvic Hub with unpacking the critical elements of their brand, including their audience, personality and credibility. The goal was to build a brand was open and relatable, without oversharing, and that was fun-loving and cheeky, without minimising the pain their audience was feeling.

Visual Identity

Following our discovery, we created stylescapes to show the team a few visual directions we could pursue before creating The Pelvic Hub logo concepts, type and colours. The line pattern, based loosely on the shape of the pelvis, adds a fun supporting graphic to the visuals that can be used to represent the brand in the absence of, or in conjunction with the logo.

Website Design & Development

We then built out an ecommerce website for the brand, using a Webflow/Shopify solution to make it easy to sell and ship products, while also allowing the team to use a robust blog to educate their customers.

Collateral

We rolled out The Pelvic Hub branding on business cards, thank you cards, stickers and social media graphics. We also created Canva templates for the stickers and instagram graphics to ensure their team could easy update and create her own collateral in the future.

"We really appreciated their attention to detail, the fact that they were realistic about costs, that they stuck to the timeframes they set and the work was always 110%."
Results

The team were pleased with the final brand and website for The Pelvic Hub, here's what their founder Emma had to say about her experience—

"When I first got in touch with Baker Creative we were feeling overwhelmed as to how or where to even start with our branding and website. We looked at packages that were slightly cheaper and similar but I can also see now that there were quite a few hidden costs in the other quotes that Baker Creative included up front.

Other than the fact that they are amazing humans and a pleasure to work with, we really appreciated their attention to detail, the fact that they were realistic about costs, that they stuck to the timeframes they set and the work was always 110%.

Investing in our brand was really important. I always believe in building a strong foundation. Baker Creative are incredible (understatement) and went above and beyond to nail our brand and website. Everyone I have shown has loved the end product and we are super proud of what we’ve created."
